Personal Background

I live locally in Mount Martha with my wife Kristina. We enjoy exploring the beautiful bushland, visiting local cafés, and spending time with our young family.

My Approach

At Mt Martha Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine, my focus is on providing personalised, evidence-based care to support recovery, improve resilience, and help people get back to doing the things they love.

Physiotherapists are highly trained practitioners whose assessment and treatments are strongly evidence based. Ongoing research means the profession is continually evolving. It is a requirement from the Australian Physiotherapy Association that physiotherapists continually upgrade their knowledge and skills via regular Personal Development lectures or courses. Physiotherapists specialise in in the assessment and management of many musculo-skeletal disorders. Physiotherapists help people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, electrotherapy modalities, education and advice. The ultimate aim of treatment is to maximise the potential for pain free movement and restore function.
